There is really no thing and no-body, outside of yourself, who can throw you far off your axis, or make you feel unsettled. You respond appropriately, without suffering or wanting to escape from life.
Sometimes you like to pretend you are tired, after you get home from work, in order to slow your motor down, and bring an easy breathing rhythm into your evening
Maybe you have had traumas from the past. But your subonscious brain has the ability to go deep to those emotional injuries, and heal those areas, and soothe any pain, and restore wellness in all ways.
When you relax, your subconscious brain is able to resolve conflicts, little by little, so that you are able to see things more clearly, and see answers and ways forward that would feel joyful to you.
You feel how your body is changing on the inside. You are getting better, and nobody needs to like it. You can give yourself permission to feel better right now. You deserve to get better and feel better.
You are a good person who is getting better in the areas that once felt sticky, unresolved and frustrating. You know that things continue on a misguided path, until you find and walk down a positive path. Easy and natural.
You can meander a little bit in life, and play around with some of the money you make, and fritter away some of the time you have at your disposal. You can do wonderful things, even if you block off time for non-doing and nonsense.
Deeply relaxed and feeling you are in a place in your life, with much contentment and quiet joy. This sensation seems to grow. It almost seems to multiply like rabbits, and become stronger and exponential in quantity.
Every day you grow your muscles of joy. Today, you radiate and glow at levels that seemed taxing or difficult before. You feel happy, and you really don%u2019t even need a reason.
You prove to yourself that you can be a happy, relaxed, vibrant person %u2014 every single day. There is simply no reason why you cannot shine brighter, over time, with greater ease, to levels that seemed out of reach just one month ago.
